GENESIS

We began as small individual practices, the earliest starting in 2009, and over time absorbed driven professionals eager to grow their expertise and provide quality legal counsel.

The motivation to come together as A & A was driven by three factors: first, the growing requirements of clients seeking resources beyond traditional disputes chambers, along with the nationalization and internationalization of their work; second, the need for professionals in Lucknow and UP to handle complex commercial disputes, arbitrations, banking, finance, insolvency, white-collar defense, corporate, real estate, cross-border implications, and multi-fora drafting; and third, the need to raise the bar with a responsive, communicative team offering high-quality services to corporate clients and collaborating with other law firms for extended service delivery.

Thus, the setting up of A & A Partners was a natural consequence of the changing legal landscape in Uttar Pradesh, creating a unified team capable of handling a wide variety of legal work to the highest standards.
