Aakash Prasad is in practice since 2009, going independent in 2013 after pupilage with Senior Advocate Jaideep Narain Mathur for about four years. He has practiced and appeared in a wide range of high profile and precedent consequential litigation especialy at the High Court. On the advisory side he regularly advises complex and commercial drafting for companies, especially corporate criminal liability of Managing Directors and senior management, complex technology and infrastructure contracts by both private and government entities.
