Shashwat began his career advising and handling criminal defense before the Magistrate’s Court, specialized forums including CBI Courts and NI Courts, and the Hon’ble High Courts. The exposure allowed him to understand intricacies of criminal defense specifically in prevention of corruption and prevention of money laundering cases, the procedure, and criminal jurisprudence. At A & A, Shashwat works extensively on white collar defense along with advising on criminal prosecution. Shashwat has had a wide experience in providing end to end support for all stages of a criminal case
Shashwat does not restrict his impressing game to law alone, but relies on the Ukulele as well. In the evenings you can catch him at the swimming pool or the local football field.
