Yash worked briefly at a law firm in Delhi, which helped him appreciate best practices of client management. Since then he joined A and A at Lucknow where he has worked on a large number of arbitration, corporate disputes and IPR prosecution. Yash works as counsel in a large number of private and PSU Arbitrations and also appears regularly in arbitral litigation at Lucknow, Delhi and Mumbai. Additionally, he handles IP disputes and IP portfolio advisory for tech driven companies and startups.
An avid reader and an amateur historian, his other passions include football and culinary arts.

- Appearing for PSU and Governmental organizations in arbitrations including a state government contracting and construction company and an MSME arbitration against an electricity company including applications under Sections 11 and Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- IP protection policy and IP portfolio management for patents and trademarks for a tech driven MSME with international operations.
